A few weeks ago I was on the phone with samsung for the 4th day in a row trying to order a part that was *missing* from the box. The guy on the phone was so rude, and the only thing i could come up with was: I'm going to write a letter to complain about the service. Since then, I've come up with a lot of people to write letters to. Brian has fueled the fire as well. And we've decided we are going to keep a list.
